Clean and Affordable Energy
Clean and Affordable Energy
Many families in underserved communities have limited access to reliable and affordable electricity. Dependence on traditional sources of energy can make it difficult for children to study after dark and can limit opportunities for businesses and community services.
The cost and limited availability of conventional electricity can also prevent low-income households from accessing essential services.
What We Are Doing
Abious Rehabilitation Initiative promotes clean, affordable, and sustainable energy solutions, particularly solar energy.
  • Provide solar lighting systems to households and vulnerable families.
  • Provide clean energy solutions for schools and learning centres.
  • Promote solar energy for small businesses, helping entrepreneurs operate beyond daylight hours.
Access to solar energy can improve education, increase household safety, support small businesses, and help communities adopt cleaner and more sustainable ways of living.
